Concrete Flooring Services
Concrete flooring is the base of most industrial and many commercial buildings. ASVDF Flooring installs concrete floors ranging from vacuum dewatered VDF slabs for heavy use to durable commercial floors for halls, parking, and back-of-house areas.
Concrete as a flooring system
A concrete floor is more than a structural slab that happens to be walked on. Mix, placement, dewatering, finishing, joints, and curing decide whether the surface lasts under traffic. We treat those steps as the flooring system, especially on large industrial pours.
VDF and conventional concrete floors
VDF adds vacuum dewatering so the wearing surface is denser than a conventional trowelled slab. That extra step is justified where abrasion and strength at the surface matter. Commercial halls, showrooms, and some parking areas may use a well-finished concrete floor without vacuum dewatering when loads are lighter. We recommend the build-up from use, not from a single product name.
Commercial concrete flooring
Commercial spaces still need floors that clean well and wear evenly. ASVDF installs durable concrete floors for commercial complexes, parking areas, and similar buildings. Where a seamless coated finish is required, epoxy is discussed as a separate layer on a prepared substrate.
