Bengaluru has its own page because it is a named city we serve. The rest of Karnataka — other manufacturing and warehouse locations — is quoted the same way: send the place, area, and use. If we can plant and supervise the pour, we take the job.
Outside Bengaluru, KIADB industrial areas and manufacturing towns include Tumakuru, Mysuru, Hubballi–Dharwad, Belagavi, Kolar and Ballari, with Mangaluru on the coast handling port-linked industry and storage.
What you should expect
A Karnataka quotation includes mobilisation from Telangana. The slab process does not change: vacuum dewatering, finishing, joints, curing. Ask us for recent site photographs when you enquire.
Site conditions across Karnataka
Conditions vary across the state. The coastal belt around Mangaluru gets very heavy southwest monsoon rain from June to September, and IS 456 treats a coastal environment as severe exposure for concrete. North Karnataka, around Ballari and Kalaburagi, is hot and dry in summer and needs hot-weather concreting care. The southern plateau around Bengaluru and Mysuru is milder.

Floor specifications we plan for in Karnataka
A VDF (Trimix) floor is only as good as its specification and the way it is executed. Before quoting we confirm:
- Slab thickness, concrete grade and reinforcement, taken from the structural design for the racking, forklift and machine loads
- Surface finish — a power-trowelled VDF finish, with dry-shake floor hardener where abrasion is high
- Levels and flatness, checked during finishing, with tighter tolerances agreed for high-bay racking aisles
- Joint layout — saw-cut contraction joints at planned spacing, construction joints at bay edges, and filling or sealing once the slab has shrunk
- Curing method and period, agreed before the pour so the floor is not loaded too early
How a Karnataka flooring project runs
Send the site location, approximate area, building type and any drawings or BOQ. We review them, visit or survey the site where needed, and send a written quotation with the scope, specification and programme.
Karnataka sites are served from our Hyderabad base; we plan crew travel around pour dates agreed with the client. On site, our team handles placing, vacuum dewatering, power floating and trowelling, joint cutting and curing as one sequence, and the floor is handed over after the agreed curing period.
