VDF Flooring Cost Factors
VDF flooring is quoted from the site, not from a public rate list. Slab area is only one input. Thickness, access, finish, joints, hardeners, and programme all change labour, plant, and concrete. ASVDF Flooring prepares quotations from those details rather than advertising a single price per square foot.
What usually drives the quotation
- Area and bay layout — larger floors can be more efficient per square foot, but need more plant time and joint planning
- Slab thickness and reinforcement — structural design is not the same on every building
- Site access — pumping distance, working hours, and whether bays can be closed
- Finish — standard power-trowel VDF versus additional hardener or a later coating
- Joints and detailing — saw cuts, filling, and edges around pits or machine bases
- Location and logistics — mobilisation from our Hyderabad base to the project site
- Programme — night pours, phased live-site work, and compressed curing windows

Send the city, approximate area in square feet, building type (warehouse, plant, commercial), and any drawing or load note you already have. Photos of the site help. Cost versus the wrong system
The cheapest slab is not always the lowest cost in use. A floor that dusts or ruts under forklifts is expensive to live with. Matching VDF, a conventional concrete finish, or epoxy to the actual traffic is part of keeping lifetime cost down. We will say when VDF is not the right spend.
