Boom Laser Screed Flooring
A boom laser screed is laser-guided equipment used to strike off and level fresh concrete to a tight grade, then the slab is finished for a smooth industrial wearing surface. ASVDF Flooring uses boom laser screeding on large pours where flatness and speed matter — warehouses, plants, and other wide bays — alongside vacuum dewatering and power trowelling where the specification is VDF.
What boom laser screeding does
The machine follows a laser reference so the concrete is placed to level instead of relying only on hand screeds over a long bay. That helps large industrial floors stay flatter for racking aisles and wheeled traffic. After screeding, finishing (and vacuum dewatering when VDF is specified) produces the dense, smooth surface the building will actually use.

Leveling, then the rest of the system
Laser screeding is one step in the floor, not the whole specification. Groove cutting, curing, hardeners, and any epoxy coating still have to match traffic and chemicals. We programme the boom laser screed with access, pour size, and the finishing train so the slab is level and then properly densified or coated.
