Epoxy Flooring Services
Epoxy flooring is a resin coating applied on a prepared concrete substrate where the brief needs a seamless, chemical-resistant, or easy-clean surface. ASVDF Flooring installs epoxy systems for industrial and commercial buildings, usually over a VDF or power-trowelled concrete slab when the floor must take traffic as well as the coating.
Where epoxy flooring is used
Epoxy is specified when a bare concrete wearing surface is not enough: chemical splash, hygiene, a sealed dust-free finish, or a marked production floor. Typical spaces include plant rooms, workshops, food-process areas where a coated system is called for, and commercial back-of-house floors.

Epoxy on a proper concrete base
A coating only lasts if the slab underneath is sound, dry enough, and prepared. We treat epoxy as a system on concrete — often after VDF or a dense trowelled finish — not as paint on a weak, dusty slab. Surface preparation, moisture checks, and the right build-up matter more than the colour chip.
